Everything families ask most about booking, sessions, pricing, cancellations, tutors, and student safety.
You can either browse tutors directly or submit a tutor request. If you submit a request, tell us the student's grade, subject, preferred format, and schedule, and we will use that information to start the matching process.
We review your request and look for the best fit based on subject, grade level, session format, schedule, and tutor availability. If you requested a specific tutor, we first check that tutor's availability and then recommend the closest match if needed.
Most families should expect an update within 24 hours, although exact timing depends on tutor supply and scheduling fit.
After you submit your request, we review the details, contact you if anything needs clarification, and work on confirming the best tutor and session time. Once the match is finalized, you will receive the next-step details by email.
In-person sessions are held at public libraries or another mutually agreed public location in the GTA.
